This is an experience you will never forget for its natural beauty. The Cotopaxi is one of the most beautiful active volcanoes in the world with an altitude of 5,897 meters, is the second highest of Ecuador after Chimborazo. Located in the eastern part of the Cordillera of the Andes 70 kilometers from Quito Cotopaxi means "neck of the Moon" in the native indigenous language that is the Quichua.

Part of the Cotopaxi National Park and one of the main attractions is the Lagoon of Limpiopungo means "door or clean place" free of ashes, lahars and volcanic rocks, but from which we can see the traces that have left the ancient eruptions of the volcano product of this has formed this unique and beautiful lagoon that captivates those who visit it, site perfect for photographing and observing different kinds of birds.
